6. 班主任老师协助解决学习过程中遇到的除课程内容本身之外的其它问题；

7. 任课老师通过答疑平台亲自答疑，老师们只要不上课，24小时内解答学生提问的学习问题，晚不超过48小时；

8. 在课程有效期内提前通过本科目的考试者，即停止该科目的课程和相关服务。
